Originally a brand-new, made-to-order base from  Elite Designs by Dawn's “Basement,” this costume has been reimagined and hand embellished by Spotlight Collective. Elegant draping, modern cutouts, and a flowing asymmetrical chiffon panel are elevated with dimensional gold appliqué, Swarovski crystals, luminous pearls, and champagne rhinestones—creating a one-of-a-kind look that is sweet, sophisticated, and quietly spectacular.  Ready for its first story.
