We want every member to love their selection. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for any reason, as long as the costume is returned in the same condition it was received. Members are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned costume, your points will be fully restored to your account.
Damaged Costumes
If you receive a costume that was damaged in transit, or if a costume is damaged during your time with it, please contact us with photos at hello@spotlightcollective.org. We will review every situation individually and make every attempt to make it right.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@spotlightcollective.org within 30 days of receiving your costume
- Ship the costume back to us in its original condition — you are responsible for return shipping costs
- Once received and inspected, your points will be returned to your account
Costume Contributions
Points awarded for contributed costumes are final once assigned. If a contributed costume does not meet our standards, you will be contacted with the option to have it returned at your expense or donated to one of our charitable partners.
